Ok, here goes.... I have 3 years of video captured from an HDR-HC1 video camera that were downloaded unto a sony Vaio computer. The files are .M2T files. I transferred them to my new HP computer, intalled Play Memories Home and those videos do not appear at all. All my other videos from 2002 to 2005 appear in the Calendar view, and all my videos taken after 2012 appear, which are .m2ts files. There is no way for me to connect the HDR-HC1 camera because I have no firewire port on the new computer. I have tried to convert the M2T files to MP4., and they all show up but the date shows 12-31-1903! is there a way to convert the M2T files and get the right date to be recognized by Play memories, or is there a way to get Play memories to recognize the original files from the HDR-HC1? I have struggled with this for quite awhile..... Hopefully someone has an answer
