Please acknowledge and remedy this problem Sony. I'm running an IMac (10.13.2) and the PMH software freezes, gives me the whirling circle, and somehow disconnects my wireless mouse (!?). I've got a bunch of videos stuck on my camera that I'm completely unable to transfer to my Mac.
