We would like to further understand regarding your difficulty in downloading the time lapse app directly from the camera, eg which step in the purchase process did you encounter error?
1. Did you manage to sign in successfully? Did the system accepted your ID and password?
2. Have you set date, time and area setting on your camera?
If possible, are you able to provide us with the image that display the error?
