Before going to Sony gear I had some excellent Fuji stuff. What a contrast in response to customer comments! There were regular software updates and new products, all of which clearly indicated that Fuji had taken our requests seriously. The difference in the two companies' customer support may be due to the huge difference in their sizes. Sony is so big and has so many different divisions relative to Fuji. It's like the federal government vs. small town government. Bigger is more powerful, but less accessable. We'll just have to keep making our wished known and hope they'll get the picture (no pun intended).
