Please make sure to completely uninstall the PlayMemories Home program from your computer before reinstalling the program. If you're using a Windows computer, open the Control Panel tab, Programs and features. We recommend using Internet Explorer or Google Chrome browser when downloading PMH. If you're using a Mac, the program will show up on the Applications in the Finder tab.
Once you've uninstalled the program, restart the computer and download the latest version of PlayMemories Home. Close any background windows when installing the program.
If the issue is still unresolved when downloading the software without the internet connection, we recommend contacting your local Sony Support team for further assistance.
