Ok I tried your suggestion of installing without being connected to the internet and with firewall and antivirus disconnected and no luck. I did however have luck on Wondows 10 on another drive on my system. I used it as a backup and made a duplicate of W indows 10 when I replaced my hard drive. It works fine on that drive. I have not used the drive in a few months since I changed my hard drive. I was going to use it for movie storage. So what could be the issue with the current version. Can I do a more thourough removal of PlayMemories Home? Is there a setting that could have got messed with in Windows 10. Thanks for the suggestion so I know it works with my computer configuration.
