Ok here is some more information. I deleted the program again and decided to try running it from my other drive. I explained earlier the other drive is a boot drive with the same operating system. I cloned the info on this dive and put it on the ssd im working off now. Everything works fine on both drives with the exception of Playmemories Home. I tried running the program from the other drive by going to the other dive now B:/ program files(x86)/Sony/PlayMemories Home/PMBBrowser.exe and the program worked but also wont drag and drop. So now I know it must some how be related to my SSD drive version of Windows 10 because the program works fine on this dive (B when booting from the drive but not from when running from within the ssd drive (C enviroment.Is there a setting that you know of that could have been turned off or a missing file.
