OS Win 10 64bit. 8 kb Ram. Play memories (Ver 5.2.00.06140) home opens and after a few seconds is freezes with an error message. "A problem caused the programe to stop working correctly. Windows will close the programe" I cannot find any Email help contacts for the help desk. Could the problem be caused by the Windows "Pictures" files? Any suggestions for an Email address or what can I do to try and get it up and running again.
