We recommend running the PlayMemories Home Settings Initialization Tool to reset the program back to its default settings. And if this doesn't resolve the issue, then please uninstall and reinstall the PlayMemories Home software. To avoid any errors during the download, please temporarily disable the firewall and antivirus software of your computer. Also, run the program as an Administrator.
