a6000 can't download app from play memories camera app

Hi

I have the Sony a6000 and was trying to download the Angle Shift Add-on app from the playmemories camera app store. I get to the screen to purchase, but when I click the purchase button, I get the following error:

An internal error has occurred.

I've tried on my laptop and from the camera itself. I'm still unable to download this app. I have already updated my credit card on file.

Please let me know what can be done.
