What is the OS of your computer? If you're using a Windows 10 computer, I recommend uninstalling and reinstalling PlayMemories Home. The firewall and antivirus software of this OS may cause errors in the program resulting in errors when running it. Please temporarily disable these programs before reinstalling PMH. You can also log in to your PMO account through this link.
