We're sorry to hear that you're having issues downloading the PlayMemories Home software. If the steps enumerated above did not fix the issue, I recommend uninstalling the program again. Before downloading the software again, please disable your firewall and antivirus settings temporarily. These may be blocking the download of the files necessary to start the installation of PMH in your computer.
