Thanks for your post and for letting us know about your concern. Please perform the following troubleshooting steps:
- Uninstall the PlayMemories Home app; delete all associated program files and its main/subfolders ( folder directory ).
- Download the latest version of the Playmemories Home on our website at http://support.d-imaging.sony.co.jp/www/disoft/int/download/playmemories-home/win/en/
- Temporarily disable your computer’s anti-virus, firewalls and other security programs.
