If the PlayMemories Home software has errors, please follow the steps below.
Restore the application to its default settings using the PlayMemories Home Setting InitializationTool.
If the issue is resolved, you can register a folder. If the issue reoccurs once a folder is registered, it is possible that the folder contains damaged images or incompatible files.
Reinstall the PlayMemories Home software.
