Hi SONY COMMUNITY,
I tried to import the videos from my camara, but i can't. When I open Play Memories and conect my camera with USB, i click import multimedia files, but I can only see or import images. When I select the Videos option, there's nothing there. I just download today the Play Memories so i guess is the latest version (3.2.01). I also tried importing from iMovie or directly from my computer but these don't read my videos. The only place i found the video is in the folder private, in the file AVCHD. I can see them there but i can't download or save them in my computer or external disc. I really need the videos for work. How can I solve the problem?
