Not sure where to post this, but want to add my comments about customer service: I spent HOURS in a chat with Product Support for a PlayMemories issue, was asked to do a number of things that made NO sense, and the issue was not resolved. I was told to unstall, reboot, re-install etc. w/o help - hand then told I needed to make more space on my PC HD (desptire the fact that the program had been working fine previously w/same free space),Was told that if that did not work, start another chat.
Well, as expected, after I spent another hr trying do decide what to delete or backup offline and creating much more space than the tech said I needed, guess what: no change.
Meanwhile I keep getting emails saying "Thanks for joining the Sony Community". So I clicked on "unsubscribe" and got:
"An Unexpected Error has occurred.
Your request failed. Please contact your system administrator and provide the date and time you received the error and this Exception ID: 545804A6.
Click your browser's Back button to continue."
Needless to say, I am not a happy camper with Sony Support...
