Thank you for your response. Yes, I have made sure Play Memories has the latest update. The LG blu-ray writer program has been updated with the latest free upgrade. Cyberlink wants us to purchase an upgrade at a large cost. No other writer program has been installed on the computer. We have not had a problem until we upgraded with Windows 10. It is throwing a new error now: 0070-0013-801B-00008000. Isn't there a way to decider these error codes. Please help so I can back up our home videos. Thanks!
