I downloaded the newest version of PlayMemories Home. I launched it and started downloading video clips from a Sony External Hard Drive. PlayMemories Home stopped. I attempted to re-launch PlayMemories Home and got the message: "Cannot start PlayMemories Home because the program failed to initializew. Run the Settings Initialization Tool to initialize the program, and then start the program again. If you cannot start the program, reinsatall PlayMemories Home." I could not get to the Settings Initialization Tool because PlayMemories Home would not launch. I uninstalled, cycled the power and tried again. Got PlayMemories Home reinstalled, tried to launch, and got the same message. I am running Windows 10. Can anyone give me some help in getting PlayMemories Home up and operational? THANKS!
