Sorry - this fix doesn't help me since I don't have the SIT. I have tried all the fixes listed here and on the Sony PMB troubelshooting page, still no luck. I have installed, uninstalled, tried the full kit install, everything, I still get the won't initialize error. My next step is to call Sony support to see if they can help over the phone. It would be nice if Sony would publish at least one version back of the PMB tool for those you are unable to get the update to work. Now I have NO tool to offload or burn to disk my videos.
