If this Sony Playmemories Apps forum on the Sony Committee that runs on sony.com is NOT the place to get Sony to respond.... where the heck do we go to get an answer? Does anyone know how to get a response from Sony?
I'm giving it one more day and I'm returning my RX10 Mark IV, RX0, and cancelling my paid pre-order for the a7R Mark iii.... this is absolutely ridiculous from a company like Sony. As consumers, all we have is our $$$ and our voices on social media sites. I'm flexing my typing fingers getting ready to go bring awareness to this un-responded issue on as many camera forums as I can find. All we can do is to speak with our $$$ and our comments
