According to the list of CyberShot cameras compatible with the Windows 10 OS, the DSCHX20V can be used with this OS. As for downloading the PlayMemories Home, we recommend disabling the firewall and any antivirus software installed in the computer before doing so. We suggest contacting Microsoft for assistance with this.
If the camera is not being recognized by the computer, please try another port or change the USB cable you're using. We also suggest changing the USB Connect Setting of the camera to MTP.
