May I ask if you've had success in downloading and using the PlayMemories Mobile on your tablet despite it nit being listed as a compatible device? If you have, then I suggest installing the latest version of the app and reconnecting the devices wirelessly again. If not, then you could connect the camera to the tablet via USB by using an OTG cable. You can then access the folders in the camera in the tablet and copy the files to it. The picture files can be foung in the DCIM folder, the AVCHD movies are in the STREAM folder under BDMV/AVCHD, and the Mp4 files are in the MP_ROOT.
Another option would be going through the computer. Connect both the camera and tablet to the computer via USB. Open the folders containing the files and copy them to the media storage of the tablet.
