Welcome to the Sony Community!

 

Make sure that yu're logged in as an administrator when opening or managing your files in PlayMemories Home. As the files are automatically saved in the primary account, editing or deleting them using a sub account is not possible. If you are logged in as an administrator, then I suggest running the PlayMemories Home Settings Initialization tool to reset the program to its default settings.

 

NOTE: Please do not remove .modd files as they contain information for each of the picture and video files.
