You can delete all the files saved in your computer that is associated to PlayMemories Home by following these steps:

1. Uninstall and remove all directories

c:\Users\ACCOUNT\AppData\Roaming\Sony Corporation\
c:\Users\ACCOUNT\Documents\Sony PMB\
c:\Program Files (x86)\Sony\PlayMemories Home\ 

2. run regedit

3. remove keys HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Sony Corporation\PMB

 4. For each windows account a separate PMB database is stored in the registry - find all and delete keys

HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-21-278653546-428070248-3150906416-1001\Software\Sony Corporation\PMB.

I would also suggest contacting your computer's support team to troubleshoot the drive that you're having issues with, since as you said, the software works in another drive.
