Install Playmemories 5.2.00 problem

Hello
I downloaded the new version 5.2.00 (I had 5.1....), in Windows10.
When I try to install it, there is a error message telling that the conection is lost [0101-1007-4032], which is not true. I'm sure I'm connected.
I looked in the net and there are several opinions saying to remove the previous version, which I did.
That doesn't worked and now I don't have neither the old nor the new version!!
Can anyone help me?
