Please try to uninstall then re-install the PlayMemories Home Software.

Uninstall PlayMemories:

1. On the Task bar, select Go.
2. Click Applications.
3. Drag PlayMemories Home from the Applications folder and drop it into the Trash icon.

4. Empty the trash to permanently erase PlayMemories Home:
   1. Select Finder.
   2. In the Finder menu, select Empty Trash.

Install PlayMemories:
