The .msi error indicates a failure to download the necessary files to install the PlayMemories software. Before download, we recommend disabling the firewall and antivirus programs. These may be blocking the installation as the files are not recognized by the computer. Also, please make sure that you are logged in as an Administrator when installing the app.
